The terms and conditions below including all other terms, information, materials detailed in the Website, unicornbeauty.asia (“Terms and Conditions”) constitute the entire agreement, supersede any & all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and unicornbeauty.asia. Any waiver of any provisions herein will be effective only if it is made in writing and issued by authorized personnel of manager level and above from unicornbeauty.asia.
2. The Terms and Conditions shall apply to:
   1. The access of information of Unicorn Beauty Business School including access to the Website (unicornbeauty.asia) and any link sites thereto.
   2. The sale and purchase of all products through unicornbeauty.asia.
3. By accessing unicornbeauty.asia, which may include submission of an order for the sale and purchase of any Products, you would have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions as stated herein, if you are not agreeable to the Terms and Conditions herein, please cease all access to unicornbeauty.asia website immediately.
4. The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and you shall submit to the non-exclusive court jurisdiction in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

2. To place orders online with unicornbeauty.asia website, you must be a Malaysian citizen or resident and at least 18 years of age. Users under 18 years of age (“underage users”) shall seek parental and/or guardian approval and consent to gain access including registration at unicornbeauty.asia. 4. Our total liability herein in respect of each event or series of connected events which may give rise to any claims shall not exceed the registration account fee of unicornbeauty.asia, if any, and the value of the Products giving rise to the claims.

Strictly, you are not permitted to use or reproduce any of these materials in any way without our and/or the relevant third-party proprietor(s)’ prior written approval.

Membership Subscription Fee is yearly basis and will need to renew to avoid deactivation of Membership Levels.

   • Free 3 series of Online videos for 1 year duration
   • Membership Subsription Vadlity period is 1 year (365 days only) from registered date.
3. Titanium Membership（黑金独家会员订阅） :
   • Free 8 series of Online videos for with no expiration date.
   • Membership Subsription Vadlity period is 1 year (365 days only) from registered date.

1. All accepted orders will be processed within 24-48 hours from the time of registration or purchase of products. We will verify the address provided during ‘Checkout’ or in default, at the address detailed in your registered account.
2. Members account will be activated and fully set up for usage within 24 hours
3. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure all products ordered by you will be processed and delivered on time;
4. Processing will be made as soon as possible and lead time is 24 to 72 hours depending on calendar working days.
5. We shall not be held responsible for any deterioration in the quality of the products delivered due to server downtime and other unforeseen circumstances including compromised quality of any product.
6. On any requests for acceptable refund, kindly email us at admin@unicornbeauty.asia and include all information in relation to the sale and purchase, such as details concerning the reason for rejection of products, Order number shown in the digital receipt etc.

Only online banking fund transfers (e.g. cash transfers via Maybank2U, CIMB Clicks, etc) are available for now during the ‘Checkout’ process on unicornbeauty.asia. A digital receipt will be sent to your email address once payment is made.
